Ownership and Management Information
Transparency in Journal Ownership, Publisher Responsibilities, and Editorial Independence
The Journal of Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence and Communications (JOCSAIC) provides public information about its ownership, publishing organization, and management structure to promote transparency, accountability, and trust in scholarly publishing.
1. Journal Ownership
JOCSAIC is owned and published by CV Raskha Media Group (RKM Group), an Indonesian publishing and media business entity. The publisher provides the organizational and administrative framework for the journal's operation, development, and dissemination of scholarly publications.
The publisher is responsible for supporting the journal's publishing infrastructure and administrative continuity. The journal's editorial activities are conducted through its editorial management structure in accordance with its stated editorial policies and publication ethics.
2. Publisher Information
The publisher's legal and business information is based on the registration documents available to the journal. The information will be updated when relevant official details change.
3. Journal Management Structure
JOCSAIC operates through a journal management and editorial structure designed to support the responsible handling, evaluation, and publication of scholarly manuscripts.
Publisher
Provides organizational support, publishing infrastructure, administrative coordination, and resources for the journal's continued operation.
Editor-in-Chief
Provides editorial leadership, oversees editorial standards, and is responsible for ensuring that publication decisions follow the journal's policies and ethical principles.
Editorial Board
Supports editorial policy development, subject-area oversight, academic quality, and the continuous improvement of the journal.
Editorial and Review Team
Coordinates manuscript processing, communication, peer review, revisions, and publication preparation in accordance with the journal's procedures.
Individual names, affiliations, and editorial appointments are published separately on the journal's Editorial Team page and should reflect the current appointments confirmed by JOCSAIC.
4. Editorial Independence
JOCSAIC is committed to editorial independence. Manuscript evaluation and publication decisions are expected to be based on academic merit, originality, relevance to the journal's Focus and Scope, peer review assessments, research integrity, and compliance with the journal's publication policies.
The publisher's ownership of the journal does not, by itself, determine the outcome of an individual manuscript. The publisher should not improperly influence editorial decisions for commercial, personal, institutional, or other non-academic reasons.
Editors are expected to exercise their editorial responsibilities fairly and professionally. Where a conflict of interest arises, the relevant editor must disclose it and, when appropriate, withdraw from the decision-making process so that the manuscript can be handled independently.
5. Journal Ownership and Article Copyright
Ownership of JOCSAIC as a publishing operation is distinct from copyright ownership of individual articles. Copyright and reuse rights for published manuscripts are governed by the journal's applicable Copyright and Licensing Policy and the license stated for each article.
Authors, readers, and other users should consult the applicable article license before reproducing, distributing, adapting, or otherwise reusing published material. The journal will provide copyright and licensing information through its publication policies and article records.
The publisher's ownership of the journal does not automatically mean that the publisher owns the copyright to every article. Article copyright and reuse permissions depend on the applicable publication agreement and license.
6. Accountability and Transparency
JOCSAIC aims to make its ownership, publisher identity, editorial responsibilities, and relevant publication policies publicly accessible. The journal seeks to maintain clear distinctions between administrative publishing responsibilities and independent academic assessment.
The journal's management structure and related policies may be reviewed when organizational arrangements, editorial appointments, or publishing procedures change. Material changes affecting ownership or management will be reflected in the journal's public information as appropriate.
