JUIKTI prioritizes manuscripts that demonstrate a meaningful research problem, sound methodology, appropriate analysis or evaluation, research transparency, and a clearly stated contribution to the field.

Submissions should go beyond routine implementation by explaining the research novelty, methodological contribution, technical significance, or empirical evidence supporting the proposed solution.

Out of Scope
  • Manuscripts without a substantive contribution to computer science, information technology, or informatics.
  • Studies focused primarily on non-computing topics without a meaningful computing or informatics component.
  • Routine software or website development without sufficient scientific methodology, evaluation, or research contribution.
  • Manuscripts with inadequate methodological description or insufficient evidence supporting the findings.
  • Commercial or promotional materials without a substantial scholarly research contribution.
  • Substantially duplicated work without legitimate scholarly justification.
Editorial Scope & Peer Review

Submission to JUIKTI does not guarantee publication. All manuscripts undergo an initial editorial assessment to determine their relevance to the journal's focus and scope. Manuscripts that meet the journal's scope and basic requirements are processed according to the journal's peer-review policy.
