JUPAUD charges a publication fee of IDR 100,000 for authors affiliated with institutions in Indonesia.

International Authors are exempt from the publication fee and may publish their accepted articles without an Article Processing Charge.

The publication fee does not influence editorial decisions, peer-review outcomes, or the academic evaluation of submitted manuscripts.

The publication fee is not charged at the time of submission. Authors are required to make the applicable payment only after the manuscript has successfully completed the journal's editorial and peer-review process and has been formally accepted for publication.

4. Transparency and Editorial Independence

The publication fee does not influence the editorial evaluation of a manuscript. All submissions are evaluated according to the journal's applicable editorial policies, peer-review procedures, scholarly standards, and scope.

Acceptance decisions are based on the academic quality, relevance, originality, methodological soundness, ethical compliance, and suitability of the manuscript for JUPAUD, rather than the author's ability or willingness to pay.

5. International Authors — Free Publication

JUPAUD welcomes submissions from researchers and authors from outside Indonesia. International Authors are not charged an Article Processing Charge for accepted articles.

International authors are subject to the same editorial screening, peer-review, publication ethics, and scholarly quality requirements as all other authors.
