How to Conduct a Review
Reviewers should treat manuscripts and review reports as confidential documents. Manuscripts must not be shared with third parties without editorial permission. Reviewers are encouraged to carefully read the entire manuscript and provide constructive, evidence-based feedback that contributes to improving the quality, clarity, and scientific value of the work.

Review reports assist editors in making publication decisions. Comments should be professional, objective, courteous, and constructive. Reviewers are encouraged to explain their observations clearly so that both editors and authors understand the rationale behind the recommendations provided.

Manuscript Understanding Provide a concise summary demonstrating your understanding of the manuscript.
Originality and Novelty Evaluate originality, novelty, significance, and scientific contribution.

Editorial Authority
Final Editorial Decision
The final publication decision is made by the Editor based on reviewer recommendations, scientific merit, ethical compliance, and editorial evaluation. When necessary, the Editor may seek additional expert opinions before reaching a final decision.
