Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License

Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat Berdampak (JUPEMBA) publishes its articles under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0) .

The license allows users to share and adapt published material, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original author(s) and publication, and adaptations are distributed under the same license in accordance with the terms of CC BY-SA 4.0.

Authors Retain Copyright

Authors retain copyright in their original scholarly work, subject to the rights granted to JUPEMBA for publication.

Right of First Publication

Authors grant JUPEMBA the right of first publication of accepted and published manuscripts.

Open License

Published articles are made available under the applicable Creative Commons license.

Right of First Publication

By submitting a manuscript to JUPEMBA, authors grant the journal the right of first publication if the manuscript is accepted through the journal's editorial and peer-review process.

Publication in JUPEMBA does not transfer ownership of copyright from the authors to the journal. The authors retain their copyright while granting the journal the necessary publication rights.

Author Rights

Authors retain the right to use and disseminate their scholarly work in accordance with the CC BY-SA 4.0 license and applicable publication agreements.

  • share their published article with colleagues and academic communities;
  • deposit their article in institutional repositories;
  • deposit their work in appropriate subject repositories;
  • publish the work on personal or professional academic websites;
  • use the article for teaching, research, presentations, and other scholarly activities;
  • include the work in academic portfolios or institutional records;
  • enter into additional agreements for distribution of the work, provided that such agreements do not conflict with the applicable Creative Commons license.

Self-Archiving Policy

JUPEMBA permits and encourages authors to self-archive their scholarly work in institutional repositories, subject repositories, personal academic websites, and other appropriate scholarly platforms.

Authors may deposit the following versions, subject to applicable repository and licensing requirements:

Additional Distribution Agreements

Authors may enter into separate additional agreements for the distribution of the version of their work published by JUPEMBA, including publication in institutional repositories, academic books, edited volumes, or other scholarly contexts.

Attribution must be preserved.

Any additional distribution should acknowledge the original publication in JUPEMBA and provide the article DOI or official article URL where available.

Third-Party Use and Reuse

Readers and other users may share and adapt JUPEMBA articles according to the terms and conditions of the CC BY-SA 4.0 license.

Permitted uses may include:

  • copying and redistributing the material;
  • sharing the article through digital or printed channels;
  • adapting or transforming the material; and
  • using the material for educational, research, or other lawful purposes consistent with the license.

Attribution Requirements

Any reuse or redistribution of a JUPEMBA article must provide appropriate attribution to the original author(s) and publication.

Attribution should include, where applicable:

  • author name(s);
  • article title;
  • journal title;
  • publication year;
  • volume, issue, and page information;
  • DOI or official article URL; and

Adaptation and ShareAlike

The CC BY-SA 4.0 license permits users to remix, transform, and build upon published material.

When material is adapted, the user must indicate that changes were made where applicable and distribute the adapted material under the same license, subject to the terms of CC BY-SA 4.0.

Version of Record

The article published on the official JUPEMBA website represents the journal's authoritative Version of Record (VoR).

Authors and repositories are encouraged to retain the complete bibliographic information and DOI of the Version of Record to facilitate accurate citation, discoverability, and long-term scholarly access.
